The emergency care you know and trust now has a new name. SignatureCare ER is now Paris Regional Health Emergency Center, a member of the Paris Regional Health family. We are excited to expand our services and expertise with support from the largest acute care hospital within a 70-mile radius. And we now accept Medicare and Medicaid, so our patients can access affordable emergency care, where and when they need it most.

Paris Regional Health (formerly known as Paris Regional Medical Center), located in Paris, Texas, is a 154-bed, general acute care hospital serving Northeast Texas and Southeast Oklahoma. With state-of-the-art equipment, robust service lines and a staff of 900+, Paris Regional stands as the most complex hospital in at least a 70-mile radius of Paris.
